Only partial import of attachements from Citavi

I imported my Citavi 6 library to Zotero which generally worked - as far as I can tell all references made it - but only a small portion of references was imported with a PDF-attachment. Of 531 PDF-attachments in the import folder only 107 made it into Zotero.

Can anyone help me to also transport the remaining ones over?
