Group won't show up in Zotero client

I created a group for the first time so that I can share a Zotero libarary with a colleague, but I'm not seeing the new group folder in the Zotero client (mac - version 5.0.96.4). I checked out the Data syncing tab in Preferences and everything that needs to be synced seems to be.
