Upgrade StorageSolved! Beta stacked view lower display does not scroll - tab doesn't help

I no longer have the ability to scroll to field labels that are below what is visible on the screen of the lower information panel. Further, if I tab to reach the fields that are not visible, the tab process takes me beyond the visible fields and I must shrink the upper panel to be able to see the tabbed-to field.

martynas_bOk, I can reproduce the issue with a freshly created profile. After resizing item pane it works as expected. We'll fix this.
