google doc crashing

I have multiple chrome profiles. Zotero works fine in one, but not in the other. I tried inserting citations in a blank doc, and the tool bar comes up briefly (and solid red), then disappears. Then I get an error message. The google chrome/docs troubleshooting page doesn't seem to have info about this or what to do.

Can you provide a Debug ID from Zotero for getting the error?

Restart your browser and when prompted to select a Google account for Zotero integration select the one that has editing permissions for the document.
