Upgrade StorageZotero could find a record for specified identifier
Zotero was working fine but suddenly in the middle of the day I tried using the "add items by identifier" function and after a few seconds I got an error message saying:
"Look up failed: Zotero could not find a record for the specified identifier. Please verify the identifier and try again." I rechecked the doi and it was accurate. This happened for 3 consecutive article searches.

bwiernikThere have been several reports of this in the last few minutes. Occasionally, the CrossRef service used for lookups has downtime. That seems to be happening now. Try again in a few hours.

giuliabobocescuIt has happened rarely that Zotero didn't help me with a citation, but when I tried to use it today, it didn't use any of my dois, not even those that I already had used in Zotero.
