citation and bibliography style - change "&" to "and"

I couldn't find this in the Forums, apologies for revisiting what I'm sure is an old issue.

My dissertation chair wants me to change the citation (and Bibliography) format to use "and" before the last author instead of what appears to be the APA 7 default of "&"

citations:
currently shows "Loh & Stulz, 2011"
should appear as "Loh and Stulz, 2011"

bibliography:
currently shows "Loh, R. K., & Stulz, R. M. (2011)."
should appear as "Loh, R. K., and Stulz, R. M. (2011)."

Any help on how to edit the style would be greatly appreciated!

To modify the style, you would search for and="symbol" and replace with and="text".

I believe there is also a no ampersand version of APA on zotero.org/styles

If you’re using APA, there is already an APA (no ampersand) style in the Zotero Style Repository you can install
