Files won't open in Web Library

Hi,

I have synced my Zotero library to the web version, however my files are not opening. I can see the metadata and comments, but the actual documents won't seem to open. This is happening with PDFs and JPGs, although web links are fine. If you could kindly assist me with resolving this issue, that will be appreciated.

You're using linked files. If you want to access files from the web library, you need to use stored files, which are the default.
