tried to add authors to a group through web version of Zotero, and received error message. entered in information through desktop and information went through. however, the information is not syncing to the web version of the group

    That's an error report from yesterday, when there was a server issue. Are you still having trouble, and if so, can you provide a new Report ID?

    I noticed that none of my information I entered during that session is available on both the web and desktop. Will these records repopulate or is this something I'll need to re-enter?

    It was a temporary problem that's been fixed. You just need to sync the computer where you added the info.
