message which says that I have ran out of storage


I am unable to add more papers to my zotero account.
On the application I have recieved a message which says that I have ran out of storage but when I check on my online account, it says that the current usage is only 14.6%.
Could you assist with this issue?

  • You're looking at a different account from the one you're syncing with. You can see your username from the Sync pane of the Zotero preferences.
  • Also, to be clear, you can always add more items and files to Zotero — your online storage has no effect on what you can save locally. The storage is for online syncing of files to the web library and other devices.
