message which says that I have ran out of storage

I am unable to add more papers to my zotero account.
On the application I have recieved a message which says that I have ran out of storage but when I check on my online account, it says that the current usage is only 14.6%.
Could you assist with this issue?

    You're looking at a different account from the one you're syncing with. You can see your username from the Sync pane of the Zotero preferences.

    Also, to be clear, you can always add more items and files to Zotero — your online storage has no effect on what you can save locally. The storage is for online syncing of files to the web library and other devices.
