Zotero Integration Error

I am receiving the following message:
Zotero could not load the component necessary to communicate with your word processor. Go to Tools → Add-ons → Extensions in Zotero and make sure that the extension for your word processor is enabled.

Yes. I have followed these instructions and reinstalled zotero several times. I have removed my antivirus. The Zotero plugin appears in my top ribbon in Word but gives the error when trying to add a citation or bib. The Word Addin is not present under Zotero Preferences - Cite - Word Processors. I only have the Libre Office listed. Please help.

Please note that I am using Office 365 on Windows 10.
