EDIT: I'm removing this request. If I could strike through text, I would, but I'll just redact the prior text for clarity.

After learning a little about coding CSL I've got something relatively close to what I was looking for (thanks in part to an existing style, which is not quite right but made a good base to build off of). There's a few details that are not still not correct, but it appears those are hard limitations in CSL.
