All my library items are gone, and web library also is empty. Help me!

I left my Mac to the repair shop to replace the battery yesterday. Unfortunately, I didn't back up Zotero. Today, I got my Mac. when I opened zotero, all items are gone. There are also no items in the web library. Is there a way to recover it?

If you weren't using syncing and you don't have a backup of your Zotero data directory, then no, I'm afraid there's probably no way to recover.
