dates in other calendars
Dear all,
we have had for some times an issue with dates in different calendars, for which I wonder if there is a more sustainable solution which we could implement at the level of the data entry or at the level of the style for rendering the bibliography.
Consider the two examples below, which are similar but refer to two different, currently in use calendaric systems.
1 Ethiopic Calendar date:
example in Zotero

2 Egira Calendar
example in Zotero https://www.zotero.org/pietroliuzzo/collections/XVTZQJ6P/items/8MWCBN8U/collection
We would like these to be printed out using our CSL style (hiob-ludolf-centre-for-ethiopian-studies) as, respectively,
Märsǝʿe Ḫazän Wäldä Qirqos 2006/2007. የሐያኛዉ ክፍለ ዘመን መባቻ (Yäḥäyaňawu Kǝflä Zämän Mäbača) (Addis Ababa: Addis Ababa University Press, 1999 EC = 2006/2007 CE). Märsǝʿe Ḫazän Wäldä Qirqos 2006/2007. የሐያኛዉ ክፍለ ዘመን መባቻ (Yäḥäyaňawu Kǝflä Zämän Mäbača) (Addis Ababa: Addis Ababa University Press, 1999 EC = 2006/2007 CE). Märsǝʿe Ḫazän Wäldä Qirqos 2006/2007
Al-Mawsūʿa al-fiqhiyya 1983. , I–XLV (Kuwait: Wizārat al-Awqāf wa-l-šuʾūn al-islāmiyya, 1983). Anon., 1983. Al-Mawsūʿa al-fiqhiyya (Kuwait: Wizārat al-Awqāf wa-l-šuʾūn al-islāmiyya, H 1403 = 1983 CE). Al-Mawsūʿa al-fiqhiyya Anon., 1983. , I–XLV Al-Mawsūʿa al-fiqhiyya (Kuwait: Wizārat al-Awqāf wa-l-šuʾūn al-islāmiyya, 1983). H 1403 = 1983 CE). Al-Mawsūʿa al-fiqhiyya 1983 al-Mawsūʿa 1983
Is there a notation, perhaps, like the "Issued: " in Extra which we use in the first example, which we could implement so that the actual calendar date is correctly rendered in the bibliographic reference? for example a "Calendar: " which would prefix to the date the content of that field?
Thanks a lot
Pietro

Issued: "H 1403 = 1983 CE"
Given that you have a full multilingual style, you might consider also developing a style for Jurism, a version of Zotero with expanded multilingual support.
