Cannot Connect to Web Library

I seem to be unable to connect to my web library regardless of which device or browser I try. I only get a red Z in the middle of the page and nothing else. I know I have accumulated over 220 references but cannot get to my list. Really need to resolve this ASAP as I am working on my research design and literature review for my dissertation.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
