Harvard Style Question re: Accessed field for DOI

Hiya, I desperately need some help, please? I've been using Elsevier Harvard style for many years, just realised (about to submit thesis) that it doesn't seem to show the 'Accessed' field for journal articles. Please tell me that this is an option?

I promise I've searched here and not found the answer before raising this issue!

    You generally don't want accessed dates for DOIs (since they are _persistent_ identifiers) -- what is this for? Elsevier Publications certainly wouldn't require it.
