Sync error

I can't access files synced with Zotero on my new device, even though I can access files using the online library and successfully reset file sync history. Debug ID: D802242989

That file doesn't exist online and never has. See the Files Not Syncing instructions again — you need to check whether the file exists in your online library, which tells you on which computer the problem is. It's not the computer you provided this Debug ID from.
