"Lookup failed" (2125338660)

I am helping to update a bibliography using Zotero, but I keep getting this message when searching both by DOI and by article title: "Zotero could not find any identifiers in your input. Please verify your input and try again." I thought it was because the pubs I was looking up were relatively new, but I went back and searched DOI/Titles of old pubs that I have previously been able to look up in Zotero (which are already on the Bib) and got the same message. My coworker tried on her computer with the same issue.

    This was a bug in a recent update, but just restart Zotero and it will be fixed.

    @dstillman How do I restart? I have closed and reopened the program several times. I am new to Zotero, apologies!

    You just close Zotero completely and reopen it.

    If you think that's not fixing it, we'd want to see a Debug ID for Zotero startup through triggering the error, using the "Restart with Logged Enabled" option.

    I have closed the program ("exit") and reopened, with no luck.
