Group access

We have a group project going on. One of the members of the group can't access most of the synced PDF files. She can access some but not others. I and other members of the group have no problems. Any suggestions?

    Assuming you're referring to local access to a synced file, see Files Not Syncing.

    I have looked at that from my end and given that everyone else in the group can see the files, I am assuming the lack of syncing is on her end. She sent the "files not syncing" to me when she couldn't see it.

    She'll need to follow the instructions on that page and provide the requested info if she's still having trouble.
