Only Showing 5 Items in Folder

When I click in my subfolders underneath my overall list of articles, not all my items are there. For example, there should be around 1500 items in one of my subfolders, but my account only shows 5. I have tried this on both the app and the web browser and both of them appear with the same issue. Thank you!

Not sure what you mean here. The subcollection will show whatever items are in the subcollection.

Can you say more about what exactly the problem is?

The person I am working with has placed 1500 articles in a shared subfolder. However, when I log into my account and go to the shared subfolder there are only 5 articles in the folder.
