Unlimited Storage Plan yet still have this error

  • You're syncing with a different account from the one you're posting from, which has the subscription.

    If you'd like us to transfer your storage subscription to the one you're using to sync, email us at storage@zotero.org with a link to this thread and the account you're using to sync.
  • Can you please do that as honestly I don’t know how to figure it out to which account I am syncing with
  • We've transferred your storage subscription to your second account.

    (Note that you may want to transfer ownership of your group libraries to this account as well. The groups aren't using any storage now, but storage does draw from the quota of the account owner.)
  • You can see the account you're syncing with in the sync tab of the Zotero preferences.
