Zotero not working

My Zotero is suddenly not working. When I try save a website, I get the following message:

Extensions

No access needed

These extensions don't need to see and change information on this site

I am able to click Save to Zotero but the citation does not appear in my Zotero.

Please help!

That's the message that appears when you click on Chrome's Extensions button in the toolbar. That has nothing to do with Zotero.

You don't say what actually happens when you click the Save to Zotero button.
