Unable to sync zotero groups to standalone version

Hello, I cannot seem to load "Groups" under the standalone version, so I cannot save any items to the groups I'm in. I login online and my account does show Groups, but cannot seem to find elsewhere. Can anyone help?

The account you're posting from — and, presumably, syncing with — isn't a member of any groups.

Hi, thank you! I figured it out! Waiting to be approved to join the Group again. The issue was that I was not syncing the account properly.
