Issue with synchronization

I am writing to ask for an expert advice. On the computer where I categorized everything, I can access all the titles and articles connected to them. However, on the website I can only see the titles of the articles, but not the files. On another computer (where supposedly everything is synchronized), I can see some files but not the others (when I click on them, it says "the attached file could not be found at the following path"). Could you please help me to figure out what is going on? (I am new to Zotero :) )

You're at your Zotero storage quota, so not all your files have uploaded. Zotero will show you a warning icon next to the sync button every time you sync, and clicking on it will explain this.

If you want to sync more files, you'll need to add a storage subscription.
