Cannot save the paper from google scholar webpage to the Zotero

Issue: When I tried to save it to my Zotero, the grey webpage popped up and said "An error occurred while savIng this item. See Troubleshooting Translator Issues for more information."

Computer version: Window 10

I have tried reinstall both Zotero connector and the Zotero, I have also restarted the computer, however it does not work.

Please help, thank you.

    For Google Scholar, it's Site Access Limits.

    What are the site access limits? I only downloaded about 40 items from Google Scholar yesterday, and nothing works today nearly 24 hours later.

    That's entirely up to Google — we have no control over it or visibility into it.

    The linked page explains how to do large-scale exports from sites with rate limits.

    You may be able to clear google.com or scholar.google.com cookies to regain access temporarily, but you should then use the approach on the linked page.

    It's a black box; no one knows. Clearing cookies, different browsers, different google accounts all may help. Often, manually downloading/showing bibtex and then completing the captcha will help for a bit.
