Impossibility to sync library between my laptop and my desktop computer

Hi

I've been through all the stages recommended to sync my library but it doesn't work. it used to work 8 months ago but no more. I even did uninstall zotero from my laptop and reinstalled it.
My account is created and the automatically sync is validated but it still doesn't sync on my laptop.

Could you please help me ?
