Subfolders not syncing between Web Library and Desktop Version

I recently downloaded the desktop version of Zotero and attempted to sync all of my files from my web library. All of my folders have synced, but none of the subfolders have. I can see other people's subfolders who are in the same group as me, but mine still have not synced to the desktop version. Is there a way to fix this?

    Collections are collapsed by default in the desktop app. Have you just not opened them?
  • I've tried to open them with the little arrow next to the folder like in the web based version but nothing happens.
  • Are you saying you see the arrows but they don't work? If that's the case, provide a Report ID and then restart Zotero and try again.
