can't get color pop-up to come up to label tags

I would like to label tags with colors. I only ahve three tags, and I get no color options when I right click on the tags. help!

1) You need to be using the actual Zotero program, not the web library.
2) You assign colors by right-clicking on the tags in the tag selector in the bottom left, not the Tags tab for an item (because tag colors apply to the whole library).
