Zotero groups
Hi There
I am not able to view the zotero groups in the standalone version on my Mac. I have the latest version of catalina installed. I see the groups on the server but does not sync to the standalone version. Once i click the green sync arrow it stops and keeps showing an upright yellow triangle with a warning sign (!). When i hover the mouse over that triangle it tells me the following:
"You have reached your Zotero File Storage quota. Some files were not uploaded. Other Zotero data will continue to sync to the server.
See your zotero.org account settings for additional storage options.
Kaur and Badhan - 2017 - Phytochemical mediated-modulation of the expressio.pdf (1689 KB)"
I just upgraded the storage space to 2GB and i still get this message.
Something is not right here, i could have got away w/o upgrading the storage to 2GB. It shows that i have all the space i want.
I would really appreciate some help here to fix this issue.

adamsmithYou might want to wait until dstillman (who can actually look at your account) comes around, but from your description it sounds like you're syncing with a different account than the one you're looking at on the website (that'd explain both the absence of the groups and the empty vs. full storage).

dstillman@missar69: Yes, you're almost certainly syncing with a different account — you can check in the Sync pane of the preferences. The account you're posting from has a storage subscription with a 2 GB plan and plenty of space, and you wouldn't have received this message. You are over 300 MB in this account, though, so you do need a storage subscription for the files you've have uploaded.
