Added to a group library, but the items within the library never load

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I have been added to group library by my professor. My research partner has access to what is listed within it, but mine has stayed empty. I'm not sure what is wrong, as my professor says we both have the same access. Help please.

You should just need to sync.
