Zotero endnote and footnote style not displaying on Style manager.

    You can choose between footnotes and endnotes in the word processor plugin's Document Preferences window or the Create Bibliography from Items window when you're actually using a note-based style. You don't select a style in the Style Manager, so it has nothing to do with that.
