Hello - Whenever I try to Retrieve Metadata for PDF I get a No matching references found error. This is with every PDF. Help Please! Report ID: 1072856301

Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for an attempt for a PDF you think should work (e.g., with a DOI in the first few pages)?
