From Word endnote to Zotero citation

My Word document currently has sequentially numbered superscripts which link to their corresponding sequentially numbered endnotes, ie Chicago full-note style. I have successfully converted these endnotes into a bibliography in Bibtex format and imported into Zotero. Is there a way to make use of the locations of the existing superscripts to insert their corresponding Zotero citations en masse, or do I need to replace them one-by-one using Find | Format | Style: Endnote Reference?

Any thoughts/comments appreciated.
