Report ID: 211178166 - Out of Storage

I am trying to upload documents to the library but there is a yellow triangle that tells me I am out of storage. However, I have an unlimited storage plan, which is reflected within the settings and on the website. Any help is appreciated.

Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that shows that error?

Thank you for the timely follow-up. The issue is resolved - I was able to close out of all programs and restart, which seems to have worked.
