Repeated reinstallation of LibreOffice Add-in, Zotfile

Zotero keeps reinstalling both extensions. I have tried deleting .mozilla/firefox/*.default (which seemed initially to work, but no longer). And I have tried creating a new profile in .zotero/zotero/

Oddly, I can't get the Debug Output to work on Restart ...

    That would generally mean that prefs.js in the Zotero profile directory isn't being saved properly when Zotero closes, which could happen if Zotero is being killed rather than closing normally.

    (This doesn't have anything to do with .mozilla/firefox. This is the Zotero app, not a Firefox extension.)

    Thanks. Something deleted prefs.js. Fixed now.
