Word Plugin not working (Windows)

Hello, I have downloaded the newest version of Zotero and have enabled the word plugin. However, it is not shown in Word and I tried all troubleshooting steps (including the trust centre settings and the options and saving the .dotm file to the file path) but none of them helped. Is there anyone who can help me? Are there other steps that I could try? Thanks
