The Z for zotero doesn't appear in the headline of a word document

I have the following problem:
I can't use Zotero, because the Z for Zotero doesn't appear in the dashline of my worddocument.
Somonee can help me to resolve this problem?

There's no "Z" in Word. When the Word plugin is installed, a Zotero tab is added to the Word ribbon.
