Error in my account

Hi,
I encountered an error with this ID: 33750753. I want to upload more files but the software says that I have reached my limitation. I am a student from the Koc University and I believe that my university has purchases unlimited storage. Could you please help me to solve it?

Your university doesn't have a storage subscription, sorry. (You can encourage them to get one.)

You're not at your free storage limit yet, though, unless you're trying to upload a very large file.
