Create multiple sub-collections for different year articles

I have so many articles in a collection which are in different years and in different journals. I want all of them to be moved to new sub-collection with year name based on the years. I can do sort, select and move to new collection but i want an automated way. Even this can be extended to other fields such as journal name.
