Upgrade StorageCannot sync with Zotero.org - Error message
When I try to log in with my Zotero.org account, I get the following Error Message:
api.zotero.org uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown.
The server might not be sending the appropriate intermediate certificates.
An additional root certificate may need to be imported.
Error code: SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER

Also, when exactly are you getting this message? When clicking Set Up Syncing in the preferences, or something else? When actually syncing, a certificate error should result in a clearer error message with a link to that support page, but that might not be working properly in the preferences. But assuming this is affecting all network connections from Zotero, I would also expect you to see an error icon in the toolbar when you first start Zotero, as long as you're running a recent version.
