I am continuing to receive an error during the import process to restore a backup library. I have multiple backups. Each produce the same result. I have turned off syncing to avoid any issues with synchornization issues with the online library.

Really, what I am trying to find a way to do is to transfer a library from a previous account I had to this new account.

    While an import from an export shouldn't fail, if you had a previous account, you should just continue to use that one. You can change the username, change email addresses, and we can transfer a storage subscription to the old account.

    Doing an export and import breaks various things (e.g., links to citations in existing word processor documents), and there's no reason to do it.
