My Zotero is very slow. Please help.

When I try to include a new citation in a footnote of a Word document, it takes more than 2 minutes.

Please, let me know how can I solve the problem. My Debug ID is: 1914785440

Word 16.36, Mac
The document has 43000
i tried zotero beta and the same.

also when i tried to edit a citation it says: "integration.error.notInCitation=Bir Zotero göndermesini düzeltmek için imleci içine koymalısınız."

please help me

    That's a Report ID. For this, we'd want a Debug ID for an operation that was slow.

    43000 what? Words?

    But in general, if inserting citations is slow in a large document, try disabling "Automatically update citations" from the plugin's document preferences. See this blog post for an explanation of that feature.

    What exactly did you do when got that? Can you take a screenshot, upload it somewhere (e.g., Dropbox), and provide a link here?
