Fail to sync on a new Mac with a 2GB account[error ID:306375784]

Since I bought a new mac these days, I can successfully got most of my old papers from my account. I have payed for the 2GB sync service, and it worked well in the past.
However when I add new papers and pdfs on the old computer(windows), I fail to get those attachments on the new Mac by syncing.
And today I found my new one cannot sync at all. cry for it. The error report ID is 306375784

    What do you mean by "cannot sync at all"? Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that's not working at all on the new computer?
