PDFs from my computer are not syncing to Zotero Web Storage

I recently bought 2gb of zotero web storage as I work from several different computers and wanted the notes on all of my PDFs to sync. However no matter what I do I can't seem to get the PDFs on my desktop to sync to the server. I tried to reset sync history but that did not cause the missing files to appear online. My debug ID is D352554295

Enable file syncing in the Sync pane of the preferences.
