Zotero word plug in getting deleted

Hi,
My zotero word plug in getting deleted everytime I am trying to install it and zotero not showing up in word.

What do you mean by "getting deleted"?

If you mean that Zotero.dotm is disappearing from disk, that's usually caused by security software on the system deleting the file.
