(1) is added instead of the real number of reference

Hi,
I'm having trouble with Zotero.
When I want to add a reference, (1) is added all the time. I have to do "refresh" to see the real number. Is there a solution?

You have "Automatically update citations" disabled for the document:

https://www.zotero.org/blog/zotero-5-0-36/#faster-citing-in-large-documents

(You should be able to see an underline under the number, indicating that it's not the final version of the citation.)
