Cannot get extension for Sarfari

I was able to update and reinstall Zotero on my computer. But cannot get extension installed for safari. I read previous forums on this problem, seemed to work for some people and not for others. I am running on Safari 13.1 and macOS Catalina. Any suggestions would be great.
