Is there a way to recover DELETED data

Hi, I manually deleted data a few weeks ago and now I would need to be able to retrieve some of it. I'm not sur the restoring from automatic backups apply to me. HELP PLEASE

    This would've been possible within the first day or two using the automatic backups, but if it's been a few weeks and you've run Zotero since then, your only option would be a backup from before that time.

    Not if you don't have a backup or an unsynced computer.

    I assume you've checked the trash? Deleted items wouldn't be gone unless you emptied the trash or it's been more than 30 days.

    It's been more than 30 days and yes, sadly there is nothing in the trash.
