Unlink problem

Hello

I ve got an issue with Zotero.
Everytime i close my word doc, i can't start again where i stopped. I mean every citation, and even the bibliography is unlinked. And i didnt click this item. So if i'm adding a new item, it restarts from 1. I guess I ll have to do it all over again but i wish it was modifiable.

Do you have a solution?

I tried to uninstall/reinstall Zotero, but aint working.

You're likely either saving the document in the wrong file format or opening/saving the file using something other than Word itself.

Which file format are you saving the file as? (.docx, .odt, etc.) -- you should save as .docx

Thanks you so much. Yes indeed. I was saving files in odt instead of docx. And now it works.
