Error connecting Zotero and Word

I have been reading previous forums about this issue but none of the responses seem to work with my problem. I am getting this message: "Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure Zotero is running and try again. If this problem persists, see: https://zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting.
Please advise.

Can you provide a Report ID?

There is no report ID. The only message I get is what I sent you.

Never mind. I went to Zotero and disabled and enabled the Add-on tool and it is working again. Thanks for the answer.

Note that you can always provide a Report ID, and we need it with any problem report.
