Upgrade StorageWord crashing as soon as I click on a reference within my text
Hi everyone,
My word is currently crashing whenever I insert a new reference and try to adjust it manually. The documents just freezes and all I can do is force quit and send a report to Apple. I have tried it out in multiple documents, but it always happens. I recently updated my Mac to MacOS Catalina Version 10.15.3 (19D76).
I have read in the forums that there were issues before in 2016 and 2018 due to updates. Does anyone experience a similar issue at the moment or know how to solve the issue?

Are you clicking Add/Edit Citation before Word crashes, or literally just clicking on the citation in the document? If the latter, that would be a problem in Word. Zotero simply inserts normal Word fields into your document — the same as if you added a date field, for example — and doesn't do anything when you interact with those until you actually click Add/Edit Citation in the plugin's toolbar.
